Drive meaningful impact at one of the world's most respected financial institutions, where your marketing expertise will directly shape how J.P. Morgan's investment banking business connects with clients, competitors, and the broader market. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of finance and creativity - translating complex business priorities into compelling, integrated marketing strategies that resonate globally.
As a Global Investment Bank Marketing, Vice President at JPMorganChase within the Commercial & Investment Bank Global Marketing and Communications group, you will serve as a strategic marketing partner to investment banking teams - including industry coverage and product groups spanning mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance advisory. You will own the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, drive competitive and industry intelligence, and produce content that elevates J.P. Morgan's brand across internal and external audiences. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, offering exceptional career growth within a globally connected marketing organization.
Job responsibilities
  • Partner with investment banking teams to develop and execute strategic, integrated marketing plans and programs that align with business priorities and drive measurable outcomes
  • Assess competitor activity, industry developments, and market trends to inform marketing strategies that strengthen and protect the J.P. Morgan brand
  • Create and manage content - including videos, podcasts, and articles - in close collaboration with business stakeholders to support investment banking product and industry teams
  • Design and implement internal and external campaigns that leverage all distribution channels, including client newsletters, web, and social platforms, to maximize content reach and audience engagement
  • Collaborate with Corporate Brand and global finance operations teams to ensure brand guidelines are consistently upheld across all marketing templates and collateral
  • Partner with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders globally to deliver campaign materials on time and within budget
  • Work with Legal and Compliance teams across regions to secure approvals for all marketing activity prior to launch and upon completion
  • Coordinate with a global network of marketing colleagues to align sector, regional, and local activity with consistent, on-brand messaging
  • Produce campaign recaps and quarterly performance reports that incorporate data, analytics, and digital assets to communicate marketing impact and highlight key wins
  • Review campaign performance with the data and analytics team in real time to optimize programs and apply learnings to future initiatives, building best practices across the team
  • Lead kick-off and debrief meetings for all programs to ensure alignment across internal communications, content, web, social, production, legal, and compliance stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Formal training or certification on Marketing Strategy concepts and 7+ years applied experience
  • In-depth knowledge of investment banking products, client segments, and the broader industry landscape
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing end-to-end marketing projects and processes, including budget management from planning through invoicing and tracking
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize information quickly, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proven track record of partnering with and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Experience coordinating logistics for content production, including podcast recordings, video shoots, and stakeholder scheduling

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Prior experience in investment banking marketing or financial services marketing
  • Strong interest in and familiarity with digital and content marketing strategies and emerging distribution channels
  • Experience working with global marketing teams across multiple regions and lines of business
  • Familiarity with marketing project management tools and workflow platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and performance reporting
