Role Overview
This role is designed for someone who wants broad exposure to how marketing supports business growth while building real experience across multiple areas of marketing and sales. As the Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play a central role in marketing operations - supporting lead management, CRM coordination, sales enablement, campaign execution, and basic performance reporting.
This position ensures marketing initiatives are organized, executed efficiently, and aligned with sales priorities. In addition to supporting day-to-day marketing activity, you'll act as a key operational partner on larger initiatives, helping drive projects forward, maintain data integrity, and support visibility into performance across the company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, route, and maintain incoming leads to ensure timely input and follow-up
  • Track trends in lead flow and campaign results
  • Assist in identifying opportunities based on CRM and campaign data
  • Ensure data accuracy across marketing systems
  • Draft, edit, and schedule email campaigns
  • Create and schedule social media content (LinkedIn)
  • Assist with print collateral (flyers, brochures, sell sheets)
  • Support campaign setup and deployment across channels
  • Make updates in WordPress (copy, images, CTAs, landing pages)
  • Upload blogs, videos, and assets
  • Work with agency partners to monitor performance and flag opportunities
  • Coordinate logistics for customer events and trade shows
  • Manage vendor communication
  • Support event materials and follow-up

Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Comfort working with data and basic reporting (Excel, CRM dashboards, etc.)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales
