Job description

This role is designed for an organized, analytical, and tech-curious marketing professional with 1-3 years of experience. The Coordinator will own execution and operational excellence within marketing, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, data remains clean, projects stay on track, and marketing systems run efficiently. This role will also help run the operational engine behind our marketing organization. This role will support campaign execution, HubSpot administration, reporting, events, project coordination, and day-to-day marketing operations that support Centri's exponential growth.

Responsibilities:

Campaign & HubSpot Operations
  • Build, test, deploy, and QA email campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Create lists, workflows, forms, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Maintain campaign tagging and campaign structure standards.
  • Support marketing lead routing, audience segmentation, and inbound lifecycle management.
Marketing Operations & Coordination
  • Manage project tracking, timelines, intake requests, and campaign calendars.
  • Coordinate webinar, event, and conference logistics.
  • Support vendor coordination, invoices, and budget tracking.
  • Maintain templates, files, marketing assets, and documentation.
CRM, Data & Reporting
  • Maintain marketing data quality, imports, exports, and contact management in HubSpot.
  • Pull reports and dashboards for marketing and leadership teams.
  • Support campaign reporting and performance tracking.
  • Perform database cleanup and quality assurance activities.
Centri Capital Conference Support
  • Serve as the operational quarterback supporting the Centri Capital Conference.
  • Manage attendee lists, registrations, sponsor fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Coordinate communications, follow-up activities, and reporting.
  • Support milestone tracking and project management.
Website, Social & Digital Support
  • Publish website updates and partner bio changes.
  • Schedule social content and support digital campaign execution.
  • Assist with content publishing and marketing technology administration.

Qualifications:

  • One to three years of marketing, operations, project coordination, CRM, or administrative experience.
  • HubSpot experience required.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, systems, and data.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Curiosity about AI, automation, and marketing technology.
