The Marketing Operations Specialist,ย is the hands-on execution owner for Ntiva's marketing channels responsible for getting content, social, and email staged, built, and out the door across the marketing calendar. Day to day, that means staging and publishing content, building campaign pages and basic forms, drafting short-form copy when needed, and coordinating the timelines and assets that keep campaigns moving โ€” working across HubSpot, Canva, social schedulers, andย other marketingย systems. It suits a self-sufficient, well-rounded digital marketer who can execute independently against provided specs and strategy.ย 

Summary of Location and Hoursย 

  • This is a remote position; however, team members should be willing and able to travel if the need arises, though such travel is expected to be infrequent. Candidates with proximity to one of our Centers of Excellence are preferred (Lombard, IL; McLean, VA; Shreveport, LA; Overland Park, KS).ย 
  • Monday โ€“ Friday, 8am-5pm CST or ESTย

What you will be doingย 

  • Content Operations:ย Coordinate, schedule, stage, and QA content across platforms;ย blogs, web pages, video uploads, social media, andย emailย in HubSpot against the editorial calendar and providedย specs, andย publish across all channels.ย Assistย with executing emergency client communications as needed.ย 
  • Campaign Build & Execution:ย Configure and run marketing campaigns, including emails, basic forms, workflows, and automation sequences. Build audience segments and lists toย spec andย build and stage campaign and landing pages within established HubSpot drag-and-drop webpage templates.ย ย 
  • SEO/AEO Support:ย Assist with SEO/AEO implementation tasks to ensure Ntiva is discoverable in popular search engines and AI chat tools.ย 
  • Website Maintenance:ย Regularly update andย maintainย the HubSpot-built website, keeping pages current and functioning within existing templates (content updates and fixes).ย ย 
  • Basic CRM Maintenance & Sales Support:ย Perform routine CRM maintenance such as de-duplicating records and configuringย newย usersย andย assistย the sales team with troubleshooting basic CRM tasks.ย ย 
  • Collateral Production:ย Assistย in producing presentation decks and one-page sheetsย and other marketing documentsย from provided content and direction, using brand templates in Canva, PowerPoint,ย Adobe Creativeย Suiteย and related tools.ย 
  • Project Coordination:ย Maintainย campaign timelines, the work board, and cross-functional asset flow; run status and coordination, keep contributors aligned, and surface blockers early.ย 

Youโ€™llย be successful in this role if you haveย 

  • Minimum ofย 3-5ย years in sales or marketing operations, preferably in a technology-driven environment workingย atย mid-to-enterprise-sizedย business.ย 
  • Proficiencyย in setting up marketing automation,ย creatingย salesย and marketingย operations workflows,ย creatingย accurateย reports,ย contentย staging, and CRM database management.ย 
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot to build, manage, andย optimizeย marketing campaigns, workflows, forms, landing pages, lists, and CRM data.ย 
  • Youโ€™reย able toย independentlyย workย with sales professionals and executives,ย to help troubleshoot and address variousย CRM adoptionย challenges.ย 
  • Youโ€™reย not afraid of learning how to use AI inย your job.ย 
  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft Officeย Suiteย and graphic design tools.ย 
  • Proficiencyย in reporting, with a flair for presentation and storytelling.ย

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $70,000 and $80,000 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.ย
