Description

The Digital Marketing Senior Associate helps Eagle Hill Consulting navigate an ever-changing digital marketing landscape by supporting impactful, user-focused digital marketing initiatives that expand brand awareness, generate demand for Eagle Hill services and support lead generation across digital channels.

This role contributes to the success of EHC’s digital marketing program through hands-on coordination, quality control and support of digital campaigns and website optimization efforts. This role also supports marketing operations through management of marketing automation workflows, CRM data quality, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.

The Senior Associate collaborates with content leads, digital agency partners, designers, and web developers to execute integrated digital campaigns aligned with EHC’s brand and business priorities. They help coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and digital channels, ensuring projects remain on track and campaign components are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Specific Responsibilities

Digital Campaigns

  • Maintains editorial and campaign calendars, coordinating with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure campaign content, messaging, and assets are deployed consistently across digital channels, and on schedule.
  • Performs audience, competitor, and market research to inform campaign planning, targeting, and optimization.
  • Tracks campaign performance and milestones, communicating risks and dependencies, and coordinating with teams to implement solutions.

SEO, CRO and Website Optimization

  • Supports marketing-driven website updates by prioritizing and overseeing optimizations to improve search visibility, user experience, and conversion performance.
  • Monitors web, SEO and CRO performance metrics and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.

PPC & Paid Media

  • Ensures the development and maintenance of audience and keyword lists supporting business priorities
  • Coordinates PPC campaign execution, including creative assets, targeting, timelines, and budget.
  • Monitors campaign performance and lead generation results, escalating issues and working with agency partners to implement optimizations that improve engagement and RO
  • Conducts quality assurance reviews of campaign content and targeting prior to launch.

Marketing Automation, CRM & Sales Enablement

  • Manages and maintains marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot), including email campaigns, workflows, segmentation, lifecycle management, and key reports.
  • Maintains CRM contact data and target segmentation to support demand generation, reporting, and data quality standards.
  • Owns email campaigns, including building distribution lists, coordinating internal review and approval processes for email sends, monitoring email performance metrics and ensuring follow-up workflows (e.g., sequences, tasks) are functioning correctly.
  • Facilitates lead management and campaign attribution to improve marketing effectiveness and business development outcomes.
  • Develops and distributes sales enablement content and campaign materials that help teams engage prospects and clients.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Acts as a primary point of contact for executing campaign-related coordination with external marketing vendors.
  • Provides business context, inputs, internal data and structured feedback to support vendor-led campaign execution.
  • Participates in project status meetings and contributes updates on campaign progress, risks, and results.
  • Maintains organized project documentation and ensures deliverables are completed according to established processes and timelines.
  • Maintains performance dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stays informed on emerging marketing trends and best practices to support continuous improvement of EHC’s digital marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing and marketing operations
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, paid media, and social platforms
  • Demonstrable experience using HubSpot’s or Salesforce’s CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, PPC, email marketing and digital marketing best practice
  • Familiarity with lead lifecycle management, campaign attribution, and sales enablement practices
  • Experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and data to develop actionable solutions
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.

Preferred qualifications

  • Marketing experience supporting professional services, consulting, or B2B

  • Experience working with external agencies, designers, web developers, or other marketing vendors.
  • Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing technology credentials.

Compensation: A reasonable expectation for a starting salary range is: $75,000 – $90,000. This range is reflective of the Washington, DC metropolitan area and will vary based on an applicant's residence. When extending offers we consider level of experience and location.
