AWS Business & Product Operations is in need of a creative, dynamic and results driven analyst to help us support discount programs and private pricing contracts. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who's passionate about managing operational processes, strict adherence to terms outlined in customer contracts and supporting both internal and external customers.
Key job responsibilities
• Perform data entry, data management and pricing calculations
• Interpret complex pricing contracts and establish pricing structure to be applied
• Create and execute data quality programs and audits focused on standardization and accuracy
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
• Proactively identify and implement data (and operational) improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
• Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems
• Hands on data mining and to execute on projects
• Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel including the ability to create pivot tables and charts, develop formulas such as SUMIF, and use VLookup formulas
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- Experience using Excel at an advanced level including practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions
- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience working with custom private pricing contracts

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
