Job Summary 

The Sales Operations Associate is a remote work, high-accountability operational role supporting OneKonnect’s U.S.-based Sales Leadership team. This position serves as the operational backbone of the revenue engine by enforcing CRM discipline, ensuring pipeline integrity, strengthening forecast visibility, and driving reporting rigor. The role is designed to elevate process maturity, create analytical clarity, and reduce administrative burden on Sales Leadership so they can remain focused on strategic enterprise growth. This is not a customer-facing role; it is a precision-focused execution position that requires discipline, ownership, and comfort operating within a high-trust, high-accountability governance model. 


Key Responsibilities 


HubSpot CRM Ownership 

  • Administer and maintain HubSpot CRM daily 
  • Ensure 100 percent data integrity across contacts, companies, deals, and activities 
  • Maintain strict pipeline stage discipline aligned to OneKonnect’s standardized sales process 
  • Build and maintain dashboards for leadership visibility 
  • Create automation workflows to improve process efficiency 
  • Support CRM integrations and enhancements 

Pipeline Governance and Forecast Support 

  • Monitor deal progression and enforce stage accuracy 
  • Conduct weekly pipeline hygiene audits 
  • Prepare pipeline summaries for Weekly Business Reviews 
  • Track forecast inputs and maintain reporting consistency 
  • Analyze sales cycle length and conversion metrics 
  • Flag stalled or at-risk opportunities 

Sales Analytics and Reporting 

  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting 
  • Analyze pipeline velocity and win rate trends 
  • Support forecasting models and revenue tracking 
  • Identify bottlenecks and process gaps 
  • Maintain KPI tracking aligned to annual growth targets 

Prospect and Opportunity Coordination 

  • Manage inbound lead routing and qualification tracking 
  • Maintain RFP tracking logs and submission documentation 
  • Coordinate follow ups and internal task assignments 
  • Organize proposal archives and sales documentation libraries 

Sales Leader Administrative Support 

  • Prepare presentation decks and meeting materials 
  • Coordinate LinkedIn and social media posting schedules 
  • Draft internal and external communications as directed 
  • Support conference logistics and post event tracking 
  • Maintain organized documentation and task follow through 

Marketing Support Functions 

  • Coordinate sales enablement materials 
  • Maintain case study and client reference library 
  • Track engagement metrics tied to sales initiatives 
  • Ensure brand consistency in sales materials

  • Continuously develop an understanding of industry trends, EDI and API integrations, enrollment and billing workflows, and quoting technologies.? 
  • Develop and manage OneKonnect’s competitive Intelligence repository to include competitor and market data.? 

Qualifications 

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or CRM Administration. 
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM required. 
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency. 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. 
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based insurance carriers, benefit administration technology companies, and other insurance ecosystem stakeholders. 
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong process discipline and accountability. 

The Sales Operations Associate will be a critical infrastructure position within OneKonnect’s growth strategy.  Base salary will reflect local market competitiveness while maintaining alignment with performance expectations, accountability metrics, and operational impact. Any performance-based incentives will be tied to measurable KPIs including CRM data integrity, pipeline reporting accuracy, forecast reliability, and reduction of administrative load on Sales Leadership. Compensation adjustments will be subject to annual performance review, budget approval, and portfolio-level governance oversight.
