Responsibilities of Operations Coordinator:
  • Build/manage relationships with both internal/external clients
  • Manage a broad client portfolio of nonprofit and political clients
  • Manage multiple projects and their varying deadlines
  • Data entry, sales order processing, invoicing, billing, and transaction reporting
  • Help to maintain and update operating systems
  • Work within Microsoft Excel
  • Organize files and update information
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks that help the team effectively
