Job description

Busch Vacuum Solutions is a leading manufacturer of vacuum pumps, compressors, and blowers for use in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, food processing, metallurgy, biomedical, and material handling.
Busch Vacuum Solutions has an immediate direct hire opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator at our headquartersin Virginia Beach, Virginia!
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of company marketing initiatives with a primary focus on trade shows, events, branded merchandise programs, and vendor management. This role is responsible for coordinating event logistics, maintaining marketing assets and promotional inventory, supporting branded apparel and merchandise requests, and ensuring the consistent execution of marketing programs across Busch USA entities.
Serving as a key liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and Busch Group business entities, this position supports marketing operations and the successful execution of events and promotional initiatives.
This is a full-time, onsite position. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility to support business needs as required. Domestic travel of approximately 15-25% is required.
Targeted Compensation: The targeted compensation range for this position is $24.04-$27.88 per hour, depending on the selected candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage domestic trade shows, industry events, and marketing exhibitions, including logistics, vendor communication, shipping, booth materials, event timelines, and onsite support as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for trade show vendors, promotional suppliers, apparel providers, and other marketing-related partners.
  • Coordinate and communicate across multiple internal departments, cross-functional teams, and Busch Group business entities to support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and promotional programs.
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, event materials, branded collateral, promotional inventory, and trade show equipment.
  • Support branded apparel, promotional product, and merchandise requests across Busch USA entities.
  • Coordinate ordering, inventory tracking, distribution, and fulfillment of promotional items and apparel while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining consistency of company branding standards across marketing materials, trade show displays, and promotional merchandise.
  • Track event schedules, budgets, vendor invoices, and shipping timelines to ensure projects remain organized and within budget expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and marketing partners to support event planning, promotional initiatives, and departmental objectives.
  • Manage trade show preparation activities including registrations, hotel accommodations, shipping coordination, setup logistics, and post-event material returns.
  • Monitor inventory levels of marketing collateral, giveaways, apparel, and event materials and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to trade shows, vendor activities, promotional inventory, and marketing requests.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative, organizational, and project coordination responsibilities as assigned.
  • Travel domestically as needed to support trade shows, company events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in marketing support, event coordination, project coordination, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with vendors, trade shows, promotional merchandise programs, or project coordination is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze information and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Job Requirements
  • Ability and willingness to pass a 10-panel drug screen, 7-year criminal history check
    • Most felonies are a disqualifier, misdemeanors are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically, including occasional overnight travel, to support trade shows and company events.
  • Valid Drivers' License must be maintained throughout employment that meets Busch insurance standards
  • Employment with Busch Vacuum Solutions requires current work authorization in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • Frequent standing, walking, speaking, and manual manipulation of materials.
  • Occasional sitting, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, climbing, and crawling.

  • Ability to hear audible alarms and see visual signals.
  • Ability to wear required PPE, including safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection when visiting manufacturing or warehouse environments.
