We are currently seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team in Batesville, IN.
Your Role at Batesville:
As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day execution of marketing operations, fulfillment, and production activities to ensure sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and high-quality marketing materials and business resources. This role manages the end-to-end fulfillment process for sales enablement materials, customer literature, pricing resources, and other business documents while supporting the Brand & Communications team through production coordination, asset management, and basic creative updates. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, legal, facilities, and other business partners, you will help optimize marketing workflows, maintain brand consistency, and ensure marketing initiatives and fulfillment operations are executed efficiently and accurately.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate the day-to-day execution of marketing operations, fulfillment activities, and production requests supporting sales, marketing, and business initiatives.
  • Receive and process orders from the marketing team, sales team, customers, and other functional areas.
  • Coordinate the internal printing and external ordering of marketing materials, literature, signage, and business documents, ensuring all items are accurately packed and prepared for shipment.
  • Partner with the Brand & Communications team to support execution of marketing materials, including preparing files for print, coordinating revisions, and ensuring accuracy of branded assets.
  • Arrange timely and accurate shipping of orders by coordinating with logistics providers for pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update inventory of marketing materials, literature, promotional items, and fulfillment supplies.
  • Ensure all printed and ordered materials meet quality standards before distribution.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries related to fulfillment and marketing materials.
  • Assist with production-level creative updates, including editing existing templates, updating sales literature, modifying pricing sheets, presentations, and supporting minor creative requests using established brand guidelines.
  • Maintain organized records of orders, inventory, shipping details, and production activities.
  • Support company mail services, including incoming and outgoing mail, departmental mailings, and timely distribution.
  • Maintain standardized templates, sales collateral, digital assets, and print-ready files to ensure consistency, accessibility, and version control.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve marketing workflows, fulfillment processes, print production efficiency, and overall service levels.
  • Effectively manage fluctuating workloads while prioritizing fulfillment requests, production schedules, and marketing support activities to meet business needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, fulfillment, print production, logistics, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, or similar) for editing existing marketing materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and JDE.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of shipping, fulfillment, and print production processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
