The Position:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Marketing Intern. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing within the staffing industry. The selected candidate will work closely with our marketing team to support various initiatives aimed at driving business growth and expanding our client base.

The Duties:

Recruitment Marketing Support:

  • Post open jobs on the Morales Group website, social media, and other job platforms.
  • Assist with creating flyers, yard signs, and other materials to promote job openings and
  • hiring events.
  • Help with setup and support at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach
  • activities.
  • Assist with ordering and organizing supplies for recruiting events (signage, giveaways,
  • printed materials).
  • Capture photos and videos at events for use on social media.

Internal Marketing & Communications:

  • Help create monthly internal newsletters with updates and announcements.
  • Support with maintaining consistent signage and displays across branch locations.
  • Take headshots of new teammates for use in company directories and online platforms.
  • Assist with social media posts that highlight teammates, events, and company culture.
  • Help with holiday/closure graphics and signage as needed.
  • Support in putting together new teammate boxes + new client boxes
  • Assist in the creation of internal graphics

General Team Support:

  • Support special projects and team initiatives as assigned.
  • Assist with administrative or office tasks as needed at HQ or branch locations.
  • Provide support for company events, community initiatives, and volunteer activities.
  • Help prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, or trainings.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining records related to recruitment or marketing
  • efforts.
  • Support cross-functional teams with simple tasks or projects outside recruitment and
  • marketing.
  • Maintain inventory review and control of marketing materials.
  • Offer general help to departments needing extra hands during busy periods

The Qualities:

  • Interest in recruitment, communications, marketing, or related fields.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
