We are seeking an experienced and strategic (remote) Marketing Account Manager to support the Wisconsin Market!

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Account Manager to serve as the liaison between our agency and a portfolio of business in Madison, WI. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable results, strengthen client relationships, and support long term program success. You will oversee end to end campaign management, provide strategic guidance, collaborate cross functionally, and ensure delivery of high quality, data driven marketing solutions that align with organizational goals and foster continued innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Develop, present, and optimize data driven marketing strategies aligned to client goals and budgets.

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, programs, and communications.

  • Draft strategic and creative briefs and collaborate with creative, digital, and shared services teams.

  • Monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Partner with program and business development teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities.

  • Manage budgets, project setup, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Lead campaign reviews and post project debriefs to support continuous improvement.

Required Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing account management, client services, advertising, or communications.

  • Proven success leading integrated, multi channel marketing campaigns.

  • Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.

  • Ability to budget, forecast, and track marketing spend and performance metrics.

  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or program driven marketing environments.

  • Agency experience with multi stakeholder accounts.

  • Advanced degree or marketing/communications certifications.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and demand generation frameworks.

  • Experience analyzing data to guide marketing strategy and client recommendations.
