In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

Develop and execute annual and quarterly go-to-market plans for Select Enterprise and Channel Sales, aligning campaigns, target accounts, investments, and priorities with revenue objectives.

Lead integrated B2B demand generation across account-based marketing, email, digital media, content, webinars, events, partner programs, and other channels, continuously optimizing performance based on pipeline, conversion, and ROI.

Partner with Sales leadership to identify growth opportunities, target accounts, customer needs, and sales priorities, and support launches of new products, services, and strategic initiatives.

Build and execute joint marketing programs with Channel Sales and strategic technology partners, including campaigns, events, webinars, content, and sales enablement initiatives.

Develop sales enablement resources that help teams effectively engage prospects and communicate C Spire's value, including solution briefs, customer stories, presentations, battle cards, campaign toolkits, and prospecting content.

Lead strategic customer and industry events, executive briefings, technology showcases, webinars, conferences, and partner-sponsored programs, connecting event investments to customer engagement, pipeline, and revenue.

Manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives from planning through execution, coordinating cross-functional resources, timelines, budgets, risks, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on schedule.

Partner with Corporate Marketing on paid and earned media initiatives, digital campaigns, messaging, and customer-facing experiences to ensure consistent positioning and effective execution.

Measure and communicate marketing performance through dashboards and executive reporting, using insights from marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion, engagement, campaign ROI, and sales adoption to guide future investment.

Manage external agencies and marketing vendors, ensuring deliverables meet C Spire standards for quality, budget, timing, and business impact.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

This position is an exceptional opportunity to shape how C Spire Business Technology takes solutions to market and connects marketing investment directly to business growth. From Senior GTM & Marketing Manager you will have a strong springboard into broader marketing, go-to-market strategy, and commercial leadership opportunities throughout C Spire.

Qualifications:

As a C Spire team member you will bring a relentless obsession to be the best in our industry and a winning mentality, determined to outsmart and outdo competitors. You will have a single-minded commitment to unbeatable internal customer and external customer experience. To lead our Business Technology go-to-market programs, you will combine strategic marketing judgment with strong operational discipline, using data, collaboration, and customer insight to translate business priorities into programs that generate measurable growth.

In addition to that, we require:
