Job description

Orchestrating cross-functional go-to-market program execution. The GTM Program Manager owns end-to-end planning and execution of go-to-market programs - product launches, campaigns, and sales plays - ensuring tight alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success. This role is the connective tissue between strategy and execution, keeping cross-functional teams on schedule, on message, and accountable to results
  • Build and maintain GTM launch plans, timelines, and RACI across Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and CS
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings and drive decisions to close gaps and unblock dependencies
  • Define success metrics and reporting cadence for each program, and track progress against milestones
  • Own and maintain the master GTM calendar, ensuring launches and campaigns are sequenced without conflict
  • Manage program budgets, resourcing needs, and vendor coordination where applicable
  • Run post-launch retrospectives and translate lessons learned into improved playbooks and processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for GTM program status to leadership stakeholders
  • Protect company assets, systems, proprietary and confidential information in accordance with Foundever Associate Agreement.
  • Proactively report actual or suspected ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity or availability of Information assets as per the Company's policy

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 4-7 years of program or project management experience in GTM, marketing, or product organizations
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including with senior leaders
  • Proficiency with project management tools
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certification (preferred)
  • Experience in BPO or CX go-to-market environments
  • Familiarity with product marketing and sales enablement processes
  • Program and project management

  • Clear, structured communication and status reporting
  • GTM strategy fluency (positioning, segmentation, launch tiers)
