Job description

Job Summary:
1872 Consulting is looking for a Salsify Administrator to oversee the implementation and management of their Product Information System Salsify. The role involves normalizing product content, automating content flows, and tracking performance metrics to enhance eCommerce strategies.
Responsibilities:
• The Job entails Product Information System Salsify (PIM) implementation
• Normalize and validate product content to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Deeply understands Salsify technology including Web Services APIs, database integration patterns, and data modeling
• Automating the flow of product content and/or digital assets into Salsify
• Load product information into PIM (Salsify) and build out product records according to product data guidelines and standards
• Manage the day-to-day maintenance and upload of eCommerce content (both basic and enhanced/A+, featured bullets, descriptions, titles) into Salsify and potentially other platforms
• Track marketplace performance metrics and recommend strategy to improve them based on data-driven insights
• Communicate various reports from Salsify to management
• Organizes Salsify assets for seamless uploads. When needed, upload content directly to retailer sites
• Identify new opportunities and ways to re purpose existing content to optimize the consumer shopping experience
• Conduct regular content audits to ensure content is correct and adheres to specs and policies, communicate updates needed with appropriate account teams.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong Data analytical skills
• 2+ years of professional service experience working with PIM systems
• At least 6 months of experience working with Salsify

• 2+ years in a digital assets-based marketing or eCommerce environment preferred
