About the Role
Lola Blankets is a fast-growing comfort and lifestyle brand on a mission to make the world a cozier place. We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and optimize the brand's reach. This role involves strategic management of influencer identification, recruitment, contracting, onboarding, and compensation-in addition to being a thought leader for Lola's digital marketing efforts broadly. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to elevate the brand's influencer marketing strategy. Lola Blankets is a small but growing team - giving lots of opportunity to plug in across functions and grow with the company.
Core Responsibilities
  • Own Lola's paid influencer partnerships, leading in sales calendar, identification, outreach/recruitment, contracting, onboarding, and compensation using the influencer CRM
  • Manage affiliate platforms, and work alongside our Performance Marketing Team and Community Manager (for e.g.: ShopMy & LTK campaigns)
  • Own influencer contracts & negotiations, partnering with legal to make sure creators are FTC compliant
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing to find & source influencers who can create dedicated whitelist content
  • Set and track social media key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer marketing - emphasis on dividing campaigns by brand awareness & sales driving campaigns
  • Work closely with Influencer & Social Director on influencer collaboration product strategy and PR
  • Be the main point of contact for all influencers and focus on building relationships with creators (communicate via DMs, email, etc)
  • Work with Senior Community & Ambassador Manager on gifting creators
  • Organize influencer PR events (3-5 per year)
  • Work with external vendors to create high caliber influencer & PR package
  • Act as a thought leader for paid digital marketing broadly, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok

This role will report to the Director of Influencer & Social. It will be hybrid with 3 days per week in either our NYC or Utah office.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy development
  • Experience managing a team
  • Strong creative and critical thinking skills, and a proven track record of successful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales
  • Experience working with paid advertising teams and working with influencers across a variety media platforms: IG, FB, TikTok, Podcast marketing, etc.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive and creative problem-solver, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
