Marketing Coordinator
Position Summary
This Marketing Coordinator role drives B2B marketing and sales support for our specialized folding box business. You will create targeted marketing plans for the food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries. You will manage trade shows, create product materials, and help our sales team win new clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Industry-Specific Sales Support: Create catalogs, samples, and presentations for food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical brands. Highlight our strict safety standards, luxury finishing options, and barrier coating tech.
  • Trade Show Management: Plan and run our booths at packaging trade shows. Manage shipping, display boxes, and schedules for client meetings.
  • Digital amp; Content Marketing: Run our website and LinkedIn page. Share high-quality photos of our recent retail boxes to show off our printing and design skills.
  • Market Research amp; Compliance: Track trends in food safety regulations, luxury cosmetic styles, and medical packaging rules. Monitor what competitors are doing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our structural design, safety compliance, and sales teams to keep marketing messages accurate.
Qualifications
  • Education amp; Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
