The Manager, North America Brand Marketing is responsible for leading the day-to-day planning and execution of launches, category initiatives, and brand moments across North America. This role translates category strategy into actionable go-to-market plans that drive both brand desirability and end-to-end commercial performance. 

Acting as a key cross-functional leader, this individual will coordinate across Marketing, Trade, Sales, PR, Events, Creative, DTC, and Visual Merchandising to ensure launches are delivered with excellence, aligned to business objectives, and executed consistently across all consumer touchpoints. 

This role is ideal for a highly organized, strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about luxury beauty, integrated marketing, and bringing compelling brand stories to life. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead day-to-day planning and execution of launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives across North America marketing  
  • Support execution of culturally relevant brand moments that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion  
  • Serve as the primary working-level partner across Integrated Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, PR/Communications, Events, DTC, Creative, and Visual Merchandising  
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure plans are delivered on time and with excellence  
  • Lead regular cross-functional meetings, status updates, and launch readiness reviews  
  • Manage launch calendars, milestone tracking, and key deliverables  
  • Monitor category and launch performance against objectives and KPIs  
  • Analyze sales trends, launch performance, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommendations  
  • Develop post-launch recaps and performance summaries that inform future strategies  
  • Ensure all activations and consumer touchpoints reflect Hourglass' luxury positioning and brand standards  
  • Maintain consistency across channels while adapting plans to meet North America market needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within prestige or luxury beauty  
  • Experience managing integrated product launches and cross-functional marketing initiatives  
  • Strong project management and organizational skills  
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment  
  • Passion for beauty, luxury brands, and consumer marketing 
  • Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time

The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $98,000 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
