Influencer Marketing Manager
Role Summary
The Influencer Marketing Manager builds and executes the brand's influencer strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across digital and social channels. This role owns influencer partnerships end-to-end, from strategy and creator sourcing to campaign execution, performance tracking, and optimization. The role collaborates closely with Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, and Performance teams to deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and acquisition goals.

  • Build and manage relationships with creators across multiple tiers, including macro, micro, and local store ambassadors.

  • Source, vet, and onboard influencers across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.

  • Own influencer campaign execution including briefing, gifting, content approval, posting schedules, and usage rights.

  • Partner with Creative and Brand teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand voice, visual standards, and campaign objectives.

  • Collaborate with Ecommerce and Performance Marketing to support launches, promotions, and acquisition initiatives.

  • Develop, manage, and optimize the influencer marketing budget to maximize ROI and campaign performance.

  • Track and report on influencer performance using KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, CAC, conversions, and ROI.

  • Optimize influencer programs through testing, performance insights, and creator iteration.

  • Manage influencer contracts, FTC compliance, and content usage/whitelisting agreements.

  • Identify opportunities to scale top-performing creators into long-term partnerships or ambassador programs.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or DTC.

  • Strong network of influencer and creator relationships across multiple tiers.

  • Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting.

  • Deep understanding of social platforms, creator trends, and influencer performance metrics.

  • Strong collaboration skills with creative, ecommerce, and performance marketing teams.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.

Preferred
  • Experience with affiliate influencer programs and performance tracking tools.

  • Knowledge of FTC guidelines, contracts, and content usage rights.

  • Exposure to omnichannel or local store ambassador programs.

The range of compensation for this role is $115,000- $130,000. The actual salary will be determined by several factors, including the selected candidate's specific skills and experience.
This position is based in our Secaucus office 5 days a week.
