Job description

About Ecko

Ecko is a full-service influencer marketing agency helping brands build creator strategies that drive measurable business results. With dedicated Talent Management, Brand Services, Paid Media, and The Ecko Collective (our micro, affiliate, and UGC division), we manage every stage of the influencer funnel, from strategy and creator partnerships to paid amplification and performance.

We’re looking for an organized, detail-driven Associate to support influencer marketing campaigns for brands in food, health, wellness, lifestyle, and CPG. This is an entry-level role built for someone who wants to learn creator marketing from the operational ground up, with real structure and real mentorship around them.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain creator lists using established criteria and templates.

• Keep content trackers and campaign documentation current and accurate.

• Coordinate product shipment logistics to creators, including requests, orders, and delivery tracking.

• Compile campaign reporting from provided templates.

• Follow established workflows and checklists across all campaign tasks.

• Flag creator- or client-facing judgment calls to your manager rather than resolving them independently.

• Support the wider campaign team wherever things need to stay on track.

Required Experience

• Strong organizational skills and genuine attention to detail.

• Comfort working inside defined processes and templates.

• Clear, reliable communicator in a team setting.

• Able to keep accurate records at volume across multiple campaigns at once.

• No prior agency or influencer marketing experience required.

Who you are

• Organized by instinct. You notice when something looks off in a tracker.

• Comfortable asking questions rather than guessing.

• Dependable. Your teammates never have to check whether you did the thing.

• Curious about the creator economy and eager to learn how campaigns actually work.

• Calm and steady when several campaigns are moving at once.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Base salary will be discussed throughout the interview process. Ecko offers a fully remote work environment, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k), flexible PTO, paid holidays, and ongoing opportunities for growth within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team.

Ecko is a 100% remote company, and our team works from across the country. The markets listed on this posting reflect where we’re currently focused, though we’re open to strong candidates in other locations.
