Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, supporting brand initiatives, and driving engagement across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling, analytics, organization, and collaboration.
This role is remote within the following states: AZ, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MI, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, and WY. Candidates may reside in or relocate to any of these states. Relocation assistance will be provided.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and print.
  • Support strategic planning and execution of trade shows and industry events to enhance market presence and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, events, and promotions.
  • Create compelling content for sales collateral, newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize based on insights.
  • Manage and update the company website and social media platforms.
  • Support SEO/SEM strategies and paid media efforts.
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Working knowledge and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Email marketing tools, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other similar tools). Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
