What we are looking for:
We are hiring a Bilingual Digitall Coordinator that is interested in all things social! The right candidate works under the supervision of influencer and social media managers to create social media calendars, strategies, develops content and captions, research, keeps social media accounts updated, and analyzes analytics of posts and supports influencer tactics. The goal is to increase brand awareness through the usage of social media platforms and influencer campaigns and active actions. Looking for someone who has their finger on the pulse, knows what is trending and happening in pop culture, isn't afraid to share ideas and can be pro and reactive.
Responsibilities:
• Work alongside the team to create a plan for influencer and social media strategies for more than one client
• Speaks fluent Spanish and can translate and transcreate English into Spanish
• Coming up with unique influencer ideas and strategies to create buzz
• Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms
• Comfortable jumping on trends and developing content
• Build a community across platforms (community management)
• Develop relevant trending content specific to a Liqueur client
• Monitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted
• Copywriting-comfortable writing captions across social platforms and understanding the writing style varies based on platform
• Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaigns
• Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages
• Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Oversee the creation and implementation of a monthly editorial which included monthly sales/messaging objectives and initiatives
• Help create content as dictated by the monthly editorial calendar to promote messaging, sales, blogs and products
• Knowledge of analytical tools and capable of assisting with recaps
Job Requirements:
Deep passion for social media focused on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook; experience working with social media profiles and influencers a big plus or worked with CPG clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
• 40 hours a week (sometimes we have to support on-site or weekends at events)
• Fluent in Spanish, native speaker/writer
• Go into the office twice week and on-site locations when needed
• Ability to take direction as well as work independently
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and a positive can-do attitude
• 1 year of social media management experience a plus
• Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Sprout Social and Airtable
• Comfortable working with Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
• Entry level experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience
• Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
• Entry level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach
