Job description

About ACQ Media
ACQ Media is the in-house media engine behind Acquisition.com and its portfolio of brands led by Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa.
Our mission is to build the leading business media organization in the world by 2030.
We produce high-performance long-form series, podcasts, and daily social content that reach millions of people around the globe. Our content is not vanity media; it is designed to drive measurable reach, deepen brand influence, and create downstream business impact across the entire Acquisition.com ecosystem.
We operate like a studio, not a startup content team. That means structured workflows, batch production, clear performance metrics, and an aggressive commitment to innovation, especially through AI-native production systems.
We are building a repeatable content machine that compounds: more output, higher quality, faster iteration, stronger monetization, and deeper brand equity over time.
If you're joining ACQ Media, you're not here to just make content. You're here to help build a media powerhouse.
Role:
The social coordinator is the tactical engine of the media department. While the social producer defines the "what" and the "why," you own the "how" and the "when." You will turn the execution layer that turns great strategy into flawless, on-time content. While we value creative eyes, this is not a strategy or directing position; it is a role for an operational specialist who takes pride in being the backbone of flawless social channels.
This is an execution role. You are responsible for the last mile of production: ensuring every piece of content is perfectly packaged, captioned, and published on time across all platforms. You have full tactical ownership of our social channels, acting as the final gatekeeper before content reaches our viewers.
This role requires extreme discipline and a deep, native understanding of platform tools. You are the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks, from file naming conventions to community engagement.
This role reports directly to the Social Media Producer and must be in Las Vegas, NV or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities:
Platform Management & Publishing
  • Manage the daily publishing calendar and lead the end-to-end upload process for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and any future platforms we pursue.
  • Navigate platform-native tools (YT Studio, TikTok Studio, etc.) to optimize metadata, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach
  • Maintain a 100% on-time posting rate, ensuring the brand remains consistent and reliable in the eyes of the algorithm
Copywriting & Packaging
  • Draft high-performance captions and headlines at the direction of the social media producer and in partnership with the team writer
  • Adapt copy for platform-specific constraints (e.g., character limits vs. long-form captions)
  • Ensure every post has a clear, functional CTA that aligns with the broader brand goals, including tools like ManyChat etc)
Community Management & Trend Spotting
  • Monitor comments and engage with the community to foster brand loyalty and sentiment
  • Flag emerging audio, formats, or cultural trends to the social media producer for content opportunities
  • Provide the social media producer with weekly checks on how the audience is responding to specific content pieces
Asset & Workflow Management
  • Ensure all social assets are properly labeled, stored, and easily retrievable within our internal systems
  • Manage any tools and tracking links to ensure the downstream business impact is measurable
  • Assist the social media producer during shoots with asset capture, BTS footage, and organizational support
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or junior production
  • Expert-level knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn native management tools
  • Ability to manage high-volume uploads without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
  • Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g., Frame.io, Dropbox) and AI tools for captioning or scheduling, you review and refine any AI-generated captions
  • Ability to take direction from a producer and translate it into a finished product with minimal friction
Results:
  • 100% on-time posting rate across all platforms with zero broken links or typos
  • Clean, organized asset management where no footage is ever lost or mislabeled
  • Measurable increase in platform-specific tactical metrics (views, CTRs, and engagement)
  • Growth in positive brand sentiment and community trust over vanity metrics
  • A highly engaged and positive comment section that reflects the brand's authority
  • The social media producer is freed up to focus on high-level strategy because the tactical execution is handled with total autonomy
Location:
  • Las Vegas, NV (3 days onsite per week)
  • Onsite attendance is required for all on-set filming days
  • Support for relocation to Las Vegas will be provided
  • Light travel may be required
Compensation:
  • $65,000-$75,000 base salary
  • The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below).
Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive, evolving benefits package designed to support your health, family, and wellbeing. Some key offerings:
  • Flexible Unlimited Paid Time Off and Company-wide Holidays
  • Employer sponsored Medical, Dental, & Vision plans
    • $1,950 annual Employer HSA contribution
    • FSA options including dependent care
    • Employee assistance program and mental health resources
  • Employer match program for 401(k), eligible for both Traditional and Roth accounts
  • $1,200 annual wellness reimbursement through JOON that supports health, family care, pet care, fitness, and more!
  • For local or visiting team members, enjoy access to a state of the art gym at our HQ in Las Vegas

* Benefits eligibility applies only to full-time exempt roles.
ACQ Core Values:
Our core values are the heart and soul of this incredible company. The right person for this role will appreciate each of these values, personally subscribe to them, and understand why each is critical to having a great business.
Competitive Greatness
Be at your best when your best is needed. Enjoyment of a hard challenge. Those who have the drive to constantly improve, the superior intellect and long term commitment to see incremental improvements become compounding returns.
Sincere Candor
Have the self awareness to accurately perceive and communicate hard truths that improve others and self, the courage to do so, and the humility to accept them, even when it hurts. Nothing great can be built without feedback: internally or externally.
Unimpeachable Character
Be the type of person with whom people are always proud to associate, personally and professionally. We look for true alignment of thoughts, words, and actions towards a goal worth pursuing.
