Job description

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced FFA Social Worker who has worked in the Foster Care system to join our team. This role involves providing critical support and intervention services to individuals and families within our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
  • Develop and execute individual treatment plans
  • Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
  • Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
