hear from you.What You'll DoKeep the Marketing Team MovingSupport the day-to-day operations and administrative needs of the Marketing Department.Coordinate schedules, meetings, materials, printing, and other activities that keep marketing initiatives moving forward.Maintain departmental procedures, templates, documentation, and resources so the team has what it needs when it needs it.Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Strategic Marketing.Bring Organization to Systems & WorkflowsKeep marketing file systems, shared drives, and digital assets organized, accessible, and easy to navigate.Maintain project tasks and workflow systems and help the team stay on track.Manage the organization's brand resource library and marketing asset repository.Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and make the team's work easier.Protect and Strengthen Our BrandsHelp ensure brand assets and marketing resources are accurate, current, organized, and readily available.Maintain consistency across marketing materials, resources, and communications for our brands and entities.Support the team in maintaining strong brand standards and an organized marketing ecosystem.Coordinate Vendors, Purchasing & InventoryCoordinate vendor relationships, invoices, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.Maintain accurate records of CRM systems, and/or vendor coordination is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background
