Position Summary

Phillips Edison & Company (PECO) isseekinga highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the systems, processes, and workflows that enable efficient marketing execution across the organization.

This role serves as a key operational resource for the marketing team, helping to manage incoming marketing projects, coordinate workflows, and support project management activities. The ideal candidate enjoys bringing structure to day-to-day processes, is comfortable working with data and marketing platforms, and excels atfacilitatingmarketing requests and initiatives from departments across the organization.

This positionprovidesan excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional to buildexpertisein marketing operations, technology platforms, analytics, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Platform Administration

  • Support day-to-day administration of marketing platforms, includingHubSpot,CallRail, website-related systems, and other marketing tools.

  • Maintain marketing databases, property marketing attributes, workflowconfigurationsand marketing request inbox.

  • Assist with HubSpot contact management, lead routing, workflow updates, list management, and campaign support.

  • Monitor data quality andidentifyopportunities to improve accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems.

  • Coordinate user support, troubleshooting, and documentation for marketing platforms.

Workflow & Project Operations

  • Support marketing intake, project tracking, approvals, and work management processes.

  • Assistwith flyer and site plan edits;maintaintenant database in Site Plan Builder.

  • Coordinate marketing setup and onboarding for new acquisitions.

  • Coordinate deliverables across internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Ensure marketing requests are completed accurately and on schedule.

Data, Reporting & Analytics Support

  • Assistwith preparation and distribution of marketing performance reports and dashboards.

  • Support campaign tracking, source attribution, and data validation efforts.

  • Conduct routine audits to ensure consistency and accuracy across marketing systems and databases.

  • Assistwith reporting related to website performance, lead generation activity, and marketingoperationsKPIs.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Helpidentifyopportunities to improve marketing workflows, communication, and operational efficiency.

  • Assistwith implementation of new tools, technologies, and workflow enhancements.

  • Support special projects designed to improve the overall effectiveness of the marketingprocess.

Vendor & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate invoice processing, vendor setup requests, and budget tracking activities.

  • Assistwith contract administration and vendor communications.

  • Coordinate purchasing and fulfillment activities related to marketing programs and initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Leasing, Acquisitions, IT, and other departments to support marketing initiatives.

  • Facilitatetimelycompletion of marketing requests and operational projects.

  • Serve as a dependable resource for process-related questions and marketingsupport

  • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives that support marketing teamobjectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, ora related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, project coordination, CRM administration, ora relatedrole.

  • Experience working with marketing platforms such as HubSpotor similar tools preferred.

  • Strongproficiencywith Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience working with data, reporting, and process management preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
