MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Training and Experience:

* Understanding and experience with foreign military and national cultural norms as well as interpersonal coordination and interactions.
* Ability to work closely with command authorities and complete recurring coordination with various foreign national military and governmental agencies
* Must possess 5 years of extensive experience in USAF staff and administrative processes and procedures including evaluations, scheduling, records management, reports and correspondence management.
* Possess superior to exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Foreign language skills desired, not required.
* Proficient in performing office automation duties on government information systems using current software platforms such as Microsoft Office.
* Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Security Clearance:

Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Serve as a primary liaison between U.S. Air Force command authorities and foreign military and governmental agencies, ensuring smooth communication and mission alignment.
* Coordinate recurring engagements, meetings, and information exchanges with international partners while maintaining strong awareness of foreign cultural norms and protocols.
* Provide expert support to USAF staff functions, including evaluations, scheduling, records management, correspondence control, and process documentation.
* Prepare, review, and track official reports, briefings, and administrative documents to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with USAF standards.
* Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
