What does a National do?

The term 'National' is not a specific job title but often refers to positions or roles that operate at a country-wide level, such as national sales managers, national directors, or national account executives. These professionals are responsible for overseeing operations, strategies, or accounts across an entire nation, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals. Their duties typically include managing teams, coordinating with regional offices, and implementing policies on a national scale. The specific responsibilities can vary widely depending on the industry and the full job title.

What Are National Jobs?

The phrase “national jobs” can refer to several types of career options. The term is often used to describe jobs that relate to the nation as a region. For example, you could work in national sales as a national account manager, with responsibilities like building relationships with key personnel at client companies. National jobs also include careers with the federal government, like those with the National Park Service, the different military branches, the Internal Revenue Service, intelligence agencies, and the U.S. Marshall service. The qualifications and skills you need for national jobs depend on the industry or government sector in which you choose to work and your specific duties.

Are you a relationship-driven recruiter who thrives on finding exceptional candidates after they even start looking for a new opportunity? Auto-Chlor System is seeking a National Recruiter to help us grow and sustain a high-performing pipeline of talent across the country.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for proactively identifying, sourcing and engaging candidates for our branch and leadership positions. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and regional teams to forecast future needs and ensure we always have a strong bench of qualified, culture-aligned leaders ready to step in.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategically source and engage passive talent for management and leadership positions nationwide.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-potential candidates who embody our People-First culture.
  • Partner with regional and corporate leaders to anticipate workforce needs and create tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Manage talent pipelines using data, market insights, and relationship management to ensure a steady flow of future leaders.
  • Represent Auto-Chlor System's values and mission in every interaction, promoting a culture of growth, integrity, and opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruiting management or leadership-level talent, preferably in a multi-location or national setting.
  • Strong background in passive sourcing; you know how to identify, engage, and win over top talent.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Passion for building teams and contributing to a company culture that puts people first.

What's In It For You:

  • A people first culture where contributions and collaboration are encouraged and celebrated.
  • Monthly company events to recognize hard work and celebrate company wins.
  • A competitive salary ranging between $83,200 to 93,600 annually with an excellent benefits package.
  • A professional work environment that promotes learning and growth in your profession.
