Job description

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join one of our premier apartment community partners. If you have hands-on maintenance experience, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in providing excellent service, we'd love to hear from you!


Responsibilities:

  • Complete resident service requests in a timely manner
  • Perform apartment make-readies for new move-ins
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
  • Complete preventative maintenance throughout the property
  • Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the community
  • Assist with grounds, inspections, and other maintenance projects as needed


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of apartment maintenance experience preferred
  • EPA Certification preferred (depending on property)
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
