Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner

  • Perform apartment turns and prepare vacant units for new residents

  • Maintain excellent customer service while interacting with residents

Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:
