Are you a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dependable, hands-on maintenance professional with apartment maintenance experience to join our team. Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance issues
  • Perform apartment turns and prepare vacant units for new residents
