Are you looking to jumpstart your career, learn highly valuable business skills, and find a long-term home with a great company? Kaeser Compressors is currently hiring for our KEEP Program (Kaeser Employ Excellence Pipeline). While this begins as a part-time, contracted position at our Fredericksburg, VA location, it is uniquely structured to fast-track your development and prepare you for a permanent, full-time career upon successful completion of the program.

If you have a great attitude, good communication skills, and a desire to learn, we will teach you the rest! (Note: No prior corporate experience is required-we hire for potential!)

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to:

  • Complete on-the-job training to become proficient in modern workplace technologies, including Google Workspace, foundational AI tools, and enterprise software like SAP.

  • Work cross-functionally to learn Kaeser's processes, products, and general business practices.

  • Actively participate in and complete high-value organizational projects.

  • Perform essential daily administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as assigned to support the department's success.

What do you need to participate in this program?

  • High School Diploma required.

  • A highly motivated, positive attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and within various departments.

  • Good written, verbal, and phone communication skills.

  • Regular physical attendance at the worksite.

This is a part-time, hourly position starting at $20 per hour, with a target of 24 hours per week. We offer a flexible yet consistent schedule to accommodate your routine, alongside excellent on-site perks like our rooftop cafe and dedicated fitness center.
