Commercial Sales Representative

Kaeser is one of the largest and most successful suppliers of air systems, with over 7,000 employees worldwide. Our primary goal is providing exceptional customer service coupled with innovative products and progressive system solutions. Kaeser offers quality compressed air systems, comprehensive consulting services, and outstanding after sales support. We specialize in evaluating each customer's application and providing the most efficient and effective air system solution.

We are seeking an individual to fill our position of Commercial Sales Representative for the Richmond and surrounding territories.

The selected candidate will:

  • Be trained to use our proven 360 Selling model to design and sell our quality air systems
  • Call on end-customers in the territory to promote and sell air compressors up to 40 horsepower
  • Use a variety of Kaeser-provided sales tools to professionally represent Kaeser.
  • Reach and maintain sales goals.

The successful candidate's background will include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A mechanical aptitude
  • Proven time/territorial management skills
  • Clean driving record (Required)
  • PC literate, to include Google Workspace

This is a salary position, with an annual range of $80,000-$95,000, to commensurate with experience and performance. We offer an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan as well as a roof top cafe, an on-site exercise facility, free exercise classes and a health and wellness program.
