We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Service Data Specialist for our Fredericksburg location.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

  1. Respond to inquires from branches and distributors regarding part numbers and product manuals.

  2. Provide general back-up functions for Technical Support.

  3. Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's quality and environmental system.

  4. Performs all other duties assigned by the Manager.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum 2 years' customer service experience, commercial or industrial field preferred.

  • Good communication skills/phone skills required.

  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.

  • SAP experience preferred.

  • Regular physical attendance at the worksite.

This is a hourly position, with an annual range of $37,500- $39,500, to commensurate with experience. We offer an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan as well as a roof top cafe, an on-site exercise facility, free exercise classes and a health and wellness program.
