Job description

Job Title: Retail Marketing Operations Coordinator


Position Summary: This role is responsible for managing product and pricing updates for all customers in a Life Sciences Retail channel. This role works cross functionally within the Retail Operations team to ensure all efforts are coordinated for successful customer and product launches. You will help our Marketing team keep everything organized. Your main job is to make sure our products and prices are updated correctly so our retail customers get what they need on time.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Launch Support:ย Help set up new products in our system and assist with paperwork for store discounts.
  • Price Tracking:ย Keep our master price lists updated and double-check them for accuracy. Tracking and actively communicating product changes.
  • Vendor Help:ย Act as a point of contact for external partners who manage our product data. Managing relationships with product-related vendors.
  • Updates:ย Keep the team informed about any changes to our products.
  • Meetings:ย Sit in on planning meetings to take notes and share updates with the broader team. Attending Operational Readiness Team Meetings to represent Retailer needs and to compile relevant information to be shared out to the larger team.
