We are seeking a highly adaptable and energetic Office Professional to serve as the backbone of our daily operations. In this fluid and fast-paced environment, you will juggle multiple concurrent projects, pivot quickly between priorities, and ensure seamless communication across all departments. The ideal candidate is hyper-organized, proactive, and excels at turning ambiguity into structured, efficient processes.

• Familiarity with data entry software, such as Excel
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office), particularly Excel and Teams
• Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
• Familiarity with customer service principles
• Performing data entry and analysis

• SAP/MAPIC experience
• Manufacturing or electrical products background

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No specific degree or certification beyond high school required; computer proficiency is prioritized

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support or operations role

• Background in manufacturing or the electrical industry
