We're seeking a proven National Retail Sales Executive to drive expansion and open new retail markets across the country. This role is built for a leader who knows how to recruit talent, scale production, and grow branch networks with intention and speed. If you excel at building relationships, identifying growth markets, and attracting top-performing loan officers, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Lead
  • Build and expand our retail footprint nationwide, opening new branches in strategic markets
  • Recruit, onboard, and support high-performing loan officers and branch teams
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set growth targets and market penetration strategies
