Job description

Piper Companies is looking for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager to support federal programs. This position is hybrid at APG (Aberdeen Proving Ground) with 2 remote days per week. Essential Duties of the FMS Case Manager: * Track the FMS (foreign military sales) Case transaction process from cradle to grave from initial request of equipment through planning for long-term program life-cycle sustainment.
* SAM-D does foreign military sales transactions for SE-FI equipment (communications, surveillance, intelligence)
* Preparing Letters of Acceptance (LOA), identifying material, services, and shipping requirements, and estimating system life cycle costs.
Qualifications of the FMS Systems Case Manager: * Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or Associates degree and 7 years of experience
* Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
* Experience in foreign military sales (FMS) is strongly preferred.
* Experience as Logistician, Program Analyst, Financial Analyst, Case Manager, Contracts Analyst, etc
Compensation for the FMS Systems Case Manager: * $90,000 - $115,000 (based on experience)
* 2 remote days per week
