Working closely with each Business Manager and Beauty Advisor to ensure they successfully:

  • Establish deep relationships with clients and drive repeat business to achieve sales goals and event goals

  • Consistently deliver memorable shopping experiences to all clients; plan client appointments to maximize results

  • Maximize every appointment with a client to address their Beauty/Skincare needs and those of the client's network

  • Inform clients of in-store events to enhance their experience of Saks and increase engagement

  • Diagnose client spend and identify opportunities to increase engagement and wallet share

  • Increase new client acquisition by leveraging various marketing tools such as clienteling, social media platforms, referrals and networking

  • Ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Business Development through Technology - Coaching your team of Business Managers and Beauty Advisors to use technology & data to drive their business, develop a growth mindset and provide a Customer Experience:

  • Building their personal brand as a Beauty authority through proactive marketing and outreach.

  • Strategically leveraging social media platforms to promote themselves as a Beauty influencer and broaden connections beyond client base

  • Using multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisition

  • Using clienteling tools to stay connected with the client and make targeted recommendations based on shopping history and preferences

  • Using technology to deliver 24/7 service

  • Taking initiative to stay informed on new merchandise deliveries in the store to maximize selling potential

Beauty Expert Development - Focusing on growing the clients beauty closet by fostering and developing a team of beauty experts comfortable to engage across all brands to meet the clients closet needs:

  • Build beauty expert technical and product knowledge through SFA provided educational platforms

  • Facilitate ongoing engaging and interactive intersell trainings

  • Liaison with the brands to drive big bet moments through education

  • Build partnerships throughout the store with Top Books and leadership to grow and develop business

People Management - Leading and developing your team of Business Managers and Beauty Advisors:

  • Fostering an inclusive team culture

  • Coaching Business Managers and Advisors to key performance drivers and expected behaviors

  • Effectively managing through performance issues

  • Developing succession plan for your team's roles and identify top talent for future opportunities

  • Focusing on recruiting top talent in local marketplace

Selling Floor Operations - Supporting the running of the day-to-day business operations within the store:

  • Serves as a Management leader on the floor to help resolve client issues and support the general running of the selling floor

  • Participates in Opening and Closing duties

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):

  • 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume or a proven track record of success managing a selling workforce and achieving result

  • Experience in the Beauty industry preferred but not required

  • Tech savvy skills

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The starting salary for this position is between $80,000 -85,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for bonus
