Salary: $60,000 ~ 70,000 DOE

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Toy Sales Representative to support the growth of our toy business by managing retail accounts, developing new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. This role works closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful execution of sales initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of sales experience. Prior toy industry experience is not required.

Job Description

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide ongoing account support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and account information.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Research prospective customers and establish relationships with new wholesale and retail partners.
  • Support the growth of existing customer accounts by identifying upselling and expansion opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, buyer meetings, and industry events to promote products and generate new business.

Sales Operations & Order Management

  • Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, product catalogs, line sheets, presentations, and other sales materials.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Coordinate customer orders, inventory availability, shipping, and delivery schedules with internal teams.
  • Manage product sample requests and shipments to customers and prospects.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient sales processes.

Sales Analysis & Market Research

  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support sales strategies and business growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Warehouse, Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Support product launches, promotional activities, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Coordinate across departments to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • New graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
