Job description

COMPANY ROLE:

If you enjoy solving puzzles behind the scenes, this role will feel right at home. You’re a natural workflow orchestrator — someone who sees how all the pieces connect and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Instead of the store floor, your scavenger hunt lives in data, systems, and processes — spotting what’s missing, fixing what’s not working, and making things better for the teams in the field.

At OSMG, our Retail Execution Admin supports the engine behind store success. You ensure our GoSpotCheck platform is clean, accurate, and easy to use — helping field teams show up strong, execute with confidence, and deliver results in every store


WHAT YOU’LL DO

·        Manage GoSpotCheck platform (users, permissions, workflows)

·        Build and maintain missions and audit forms

·        Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity

·        Pull reports and track execution trends

·        Support field teams with troubleshooting and training

·        Identify system improvements and efficiencies

WHAT YOU BRING

·        Experience with GoSpotCheck or similar tools

·        Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

·        Strong communication and problem-solving skills

·        Comfort with Excel, Teams, Outlook

SCHEDULE & ROLE

·        Part-time 20 hours per week with flexible schedule
