 Opportunity:

As the E-Commerce Sales Intern, working with the Sales team, you will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the company by conducting projects designed to increase sales at Radio Flyer. This is a paid opportunity.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Further develop cross-channel assortment strategies across e-commerce retailers (including Amazon, RF.com, etc.) and identify new product opportunities.
  • Analyze sales performance and competitive benchmarking to define trends, drive promotional planning (e.g. Prime Day), and apply learnings across retailers.
  • Support marketing and advertising efforts for e-commerce businesses – ad strategies, email marketing campaigns, creator/influencer campaign coordination, etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate new item setups and ensure optimized, accurate product page content (images, copy, item details). 
  • Participate in internal sales strategy meetings and brainstorm sessions. 

Qualifications: 

  • The ideal candidate will be a junior or senior, majoring in business, or other business-related majors with a 3.0+ grade point average.
  • The individual must be enthusiastic, with strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and clear, professional communication.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities at once, taking ownership of projects independently, and adapting quickly to shifting business needs. Committed to assisting the sales team to meet and exceed their goals. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; prior exposure to retail/marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify) is a plus, but not a requirement.

The pay range per hour is $21-$25 Pay is based on responsibilities, skills/experience level, education, along with the Chicagoland area market, the consumer product industry, and company size. This internship may offer a relocation stipend for those who live outside of the Chicagoland area.
