Position: Sales Director - B2B IT Hardware (Wholesale)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site (NJ-NY area preferred); remote considered for strong profiles
Compensation: High base salary + performance-based incentives

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale B2B wholesale sales for server, network, and enterprise IT hardware. This role is focused exclusively on wholesale and enterprise channels and requires strong experience in RFQ-driven sales, international sourcing, and high-volume B2B transactions. Retail or consumer sales experience is not suitable for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the B2B wholesale sales strategy for enterprise IT hardware

  • Drive revenue growth across server, network, and data center equipment

  • Manage and expand relationships with wholesalers, resellers, system integrators, and enterprise buyers

  • Own the full sales cycle: RFQs, pricing, negotiations, contracts, and closures

  • Maintain pricing discipline and margin optimization

  • Collaborate with sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and import/export teams

  • Support international trade operations, including customs and compliance coordination

  • Position the company as a long-term, trusted supply partner

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years in B2B wholesale IT hardware sales

  • Proven background with distributors, wholesalers, or large-scale B2B organizations

  • Strong knowledge of server, network, and enterprise IT equipment
