Would you like to live on-site and manage a 200-unit residential community near the beach? Property boasts:

You will be supported by Full-time maintenance and part time leasing staff, excellent vendors and a professional management company with 40 + years of experience in the business. Private Sales office, Compensation includes free rent 1bedroom-apartment, 70K base salary and potential monthly bonus package, see details below.


YOU ARE:

ď‚· Experienced resident manager, 70 units or more, for at least 3 years.

ď‚· Friendly, professional and strong in sales and marketing.

ď‚· Able to evaluate credit reports and conduct background checks.

ď‚· Responsible for choosing qualified residents and collecting rent.

ď‚· Responsible for financial operational reports to management company.

ď‚· A manager who LOVES A CLEAN PROPERTY and does what it takes to keep it that way!
