Position Objective: The Facilities Planning Manager will support the NIH Office of Research Facilities, Division of Design and Construction Management (DDCM) within the National Institutes of Health.
DDCM is looking for five (5) professional, highly skilled, proactive/self motivated, responsive, customer service oriented, analytical, organized, and quick-learning individuals to assist the Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) in the management of multiple design/construction projects. The incumbent will be working with many stakeholders such as clients, designers, constructors, reviewers and internal regulators, the Office of Acquisitions (OA) and other divisions, to initiate, plan, award contracts, and see the design and construction through completion and acceptance.
