If you love Maui, thrive on solving problems, and want to be the heartbeat of a vibrant community, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You will be provided a two-bedroom condominium as part of your compensation package.

•     5+ years managing multi-million-dollar budgets, A/R, and A/P

•     Extensive experience overseeing vendors, contractors, and complex projects

•     3+ years working in Facilities Maintenance or Construction; preferably in a leadership position.

•     5+ years leading staff — hiring, mentoring, and handling performance matters

•     Working knowledge of CC&Rs, AOAO Bylaws, and Board governance

•     Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills, and a Can-Do attitude.

•     Comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and database management

•     College degree desirable or equivalent job experience

•     Maui resident preferred

Schedule

Primarily weekdays, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed

Benefits

3 weeks vacation, paid sick time, health/dental coverage, housing provided (no pets). Salary to $70k commensurate with experience.
