WWAARC has multiple Residential Manager positions available throughout Albany County.  The Residential Manager will manage one or two residential groups home located in Albany County.  If a Residential Manager is responsible for two homes their base rate will increase.  The Residential Manager position is a Full Time 40-hour Monday-Friday position. This is an hourly non-exempt position. The rate of pay is $24.00 per hour. The Residential Manager will ensure the residential group home operates efficiently and effectively while maintaining regulatory compliance.  The Residential Manager is responsible for the overall well-being of the adults with developmental disabilities whose home they are managing.  This oversight will include all physical aspects of the home, maintaining a welcoming home environment where people's everyday needs are met including medical, recreation, and socialization.

18 years of age or older.

Have a valid driver's license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.

Preferred: High School Diploma/equivalent with 5 years as supervisor; Associate's Degree with 3 years as supervisor; OR Bachelor's Degree with 1 year as supervisor.

To secure and maintain all certifications and trainings required by WWAARC. This includes but is not limited to Medication Administration, 1st Aid & CPR, Mindful Driving, and SCIP-R.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the people we support and agency information.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
