As a residential coordinator, you oversee the daily functions of a housing program. You may work at an assisted living facility or another organization that supports people in need. Your responsibilities are to lead the staff development with training, manage and supervise rehabilitation programs, and ensure the proper upkeep of the housing facilities. Your duties are to take charge of case coordination, intakes, and transfers while maintaining a positive working relationship with individuals and their families. It’s your job to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate. You are also responsible for investigating infractions of rules and complaints and recording all findings.
