Through a commitment to inclusion, independence, and freedom of choice, we work to empower each person to reach their fullest potential.What You'll DoAs an Overnight Residential Instructor, you will provide support throughout the overnight hours and into the morning. Responsibilities include:Monitoring and checking on residents throughout the overnight shift according to their individual plans and needs.Responding appropriately to any needs or situations that arise during the night.Completing household duties and other assigned tasks while residents are sleeping.Assisting residents with their morning routines and preparing them for the day ahead.Providing personal care assistance when needed.Preparing breakfast and helping with morning household routines.Providing transportation to day programs or other activities when necessary.Communicating and working closely with evening and morning staff to promote consistency and continuity of care.The work you do each night plays an important role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming home for the individuals we support.
