Job description

Seeking a full-time Resident Manager to join our team at Cornell Manor Apartments (80 units) and Evanbrook Apartments (148) in Portland, OR. Don't forget to ask about our rent discount!

As a Resident Manager, you will greet visitors to the community, provide information about the property and engage in leasing activities. Your attention to detail assists you as you explain rental agreements and move-in packages. You will use Yardi & Tenant Tech to enter data and to assist in producing accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. You must be someone who gets great satisfaction from making sure that all resident issues are resolved in a professional and friendly manner.

The Resident Manager is responsible for the success of the property and supervises office and maintenance staff. They are responsible for adhering to and enforcing company policy & procedures and consistently acting in the best of Carla Properties Ltd. The Resident Manager's specific duties may vary from site to site, depending on the property's requirements and the size of the staff.

QUALIFICATIONS Applicants should have 5+ years of prior Leasing experience & 3+ years of prior Resident Manager experience.

WORK SCHEDULE This is a full-time position that requires working on Sundays. The work schedule is Sunday through Thursday, week days 9am-6pm and weekends 9am to 5PM (39.5 hrs/week).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Monthly salary range: $5,500 - $6,250 DOE + commissions.
