Responsibilities include answering a multi-line phone, scheduling patient's appointments, obtaining precertification's and authorizations, verifying patient's insurance deductibles/ co-insurance, and registering patients into the practice. Candidates should have related experience in front office operations, verifying insurance benefits, and CPT & ICD-10 coding. Clinical knowledge and medical terminology experience preferred.
