Job description

As an Outgoing Operator, you will work with a fresh and active client database, focusing on reconnecting with clients and increasing their deposit activity.

What You'll Do
Communicate with clients via phone and messengers
Re-engage inactive clients and bring them back to activity
Work with pre-VIP clients and increase their deposit volume
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Increase client loyalty and overall retention performance
Achieve personal and team targets
What We're Looking For
Experience in retention and outbound client communications (especially calls) is an advantage
Genuine interest in communicating with people and providing quality support
Ability to naturally connect with clients and build long-term trust
Strong problem-solving skills, confidence in making decisions, and analytical abilities are highly valued
Interest in understanding client needs, behavior, and motivations
