  • Handle incoming phone calls
  • Handle escalated phone calls from team members
  • Keep up to date on all changes within the organization
  • Communicate all changes effectively
  • Complete weekly reports to share with team members and leadership
  • Maintain communication throughout the team due to site differences
  • Create and convey monthly forecasting
  • Knowledge of Excel and how to create, share, and update worksheets
  • Frequent written and verbal communication within team and with other teams
  • Build and maintain positive relationships within team and company as a whole
  • assist in hiring and developing new team members within the operating team

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with computers
  • must be able to complete pre employment drug screening and background check
  • able to operate a phone system in high volume and transfer calls efficiently
