A Brief Overview:
The Hospital Operator serves as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls to the hospital and is responsible for efficiently directing calls, taking messages, and providing information to callers. What you will do:

  • Professionally and courteously answering all incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate department or individual.
